Very committed to diversity.

Everybody at the entry and mid-levels is on exactly the same pay, so there's no pay gap below the senior people. Recruitment is really even at the Data School. It's quite male-heavy in the senior ranks, but they're working on it.

Very open. For example, people noticed there were fewer women applying than men (which I think is a marketing problem across all STEM roles) - and took it upon themselves to run a training session purely for women to encourage them to apply! A super initiative and highly successful, as we had some applicants following on from the session!

The recruitment process is consistently evaluated to see if the company is adequately representative. We also hold events to target the area we feel we are lacking, for example we recent held a data and women event in our offices.

The company is very well diversified we have almost a 50:50 women representation and it is very well diversified for ethnic minorities.

The company has employees from a very diverse range of backgrounds. The gender split is very good for a company in this space.

We try to always have a good balance between men and women on the training program. I'll say that to be a tech and data company, the gender relation is quite good.

I don't think that they recruit based on making the company more diverse. They recruit on the best people for the role no matter their background or characteristics.

Every effort is made to offer opportunity to a diverse group.
