Training & Personal Development at Swire

As I'm new to the company I haven't had much formal training, however I have had a lot of informal training from my work colleagues and management.

Training programs are primarily on the job with additional training programs as you start to lead teams.

There are various safety and leadership training programs. Specifically in safety, I have learnt a lot about the way to approach safety for the best outcome, and also how to engage the workforce in safety in order to assist a change in culture towards zero harm. I have not been involved in leadership programmes as of yet.
