Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
There is a commitment to diversity, however this is yet to be completely reflected in the workforce (although this may be due to the industries in which the company operates).

There is a defined strategy in place around diversity, but I would say this definitely needs work. There are purposeful recruitment steps being taken to ensure that diversity is achieved wherever possible, however this is a work in progress and as a company we have a long way to go. Retention is always an issue due to our transient workforce.
