The pay could always be better, especially when you feel like you're working long hours and don't feel like you're being 'rewarded' for it. For juniors, the bonuses weren't very big this year, which is a bit annoying considering the amount of profit the firm made this year.
Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2017
The pay is roughly 10-15k below my peers
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Sep 2017
I am paid a base salary that is completely adequate for someone in my position. While I have no experience with the bonus system (as those who have worked less than an allotted time do not receive anything at EOFY), I have heard this is very competitive.
Graduate, Brisbane - 12 Sep 2017
I am very appreciative of the bonus that I am meant to receive at the end of the year for having studied a double degree.
Graduate, Brisbane - 12 Sep 2017
Pay is low for the first 3-4 years at the organisation with the organisation leveraging their name. Typical bonuses are very small - <$1,000
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Sep 2017
Graduate, Perth - 11 Sep 2017
Bonuses are distributed fairly and the pay is competitive.

Graduate, Melbourne - 10 Sep 2017
It's difficult to judge seeing as the pay remains constant and lower than quite a few smaller industry clients, and there is no reward for working overtime
Melbourne - 10 Sep 2017
A graduate salary did not play apart in my decision to apply as a graduate
Graduate, Adelaide - 08 Sep 2017
Poor. Needs to rethink policy on something as menial as CPI

Graduate, Adelaide - 08 Sep 2017
The company lacks clarity about the pay process. With the company paying me a day, what they charge for me per hour.
Graduate, Canberra - 08 Sep 2017
Could be better but you can't expect much as you are not with this company for the pay rather the experiences you earn.
Graduate, Adelaide - 08 Sep 2017
Remuneration increases as you progress however starts off unsatisfactorily as a graduate. Bonuses are becoming commonplace but no real emphasis on them at the firm.
Graduate, Adelaide - 08 Sep 2017
In comparison to industry, we are underpaid.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Sep 2017
not the greatest pay at a junior level, if you stick around then it becomes better
Graduate, Adelaide - 08 Sep 2017
Its way below the market value, with very little potential for small bonuses.
Midlevel, Sydney - 08 Sep 2017
Fairly standard for a graduate position
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Sep 2017
The pay is low, but we're not there because the salary is competitive.
