Salary at PwC

The pay could always be better, especially when you feel like you're working long hours and don't feel like you're being 'rewarded' for it. For juniors, the bonuses weren't very big this year, which is a bit annoying considering the amount of profit the firm made this year.

The pay is roughly 10-15k below my peers

I am paid a base salary that is completely adequate for someone in my position. While I have no experience with the bonus system (as those who have worked less than an allotted time do not receive anything at EOFY), I have heard this is very competitive.

I am very appreciative of the bonus that I am meant to receive at the end of the year for having studied a double degree.

The company lacks clarity about the pay process. With the company paying me a day, what they charge for me per hour.

Could be better but you can't expect much as you are not with this company for the pay rather the experiences you earn.

Remuneration increases as you progress however starts off unsatisfactorily as a graduate. Bonuses are becoming commonplace but no real emphasis on them at the firm.

In comparison to industry, we are underpaid.

Fairly standard for a graduate position

The pay is low, but we're not there because the salary is competitive.

The reimbursement program for mobile phones, taxis and work related travel is a real bonus. Also, the kitchen facilities are really great and add to our enjoyment at the firm. Free coffees/hot chocolates really boost team morale when in the office!

The expense policy is really good in terms of dinners and taxis when working late.
