Office & Workplace at Project Everest Ventures

The Adelaide office suits its purposes very well, except we often feel uncomfortable because the co-working space is so quiet and we are loud. It also doesn't allow our team to get much bigger because the next space up is too expensive.

office space is fantastic. Location is not ideal, being about a half an hour walk from any bus stop or train station. Dress code is nice casual.

The Sydney office is located in an open plan office, which is very much reflective of what we do - it's got a raw, hipster, startup vibe but also very transparent to what everyone is doing. E.g. the CEO sits amongst the recruitment team, we all share the same space and facilities - we're all in this together and it's great. Dress code is also pretty informal; the idea of wearing "corporate wear" and heels to work is laughable. Our current vibe is more jeans and Birkenstocks or boots, considering half the office rides a motorbike to work.
