I don't feel that ensuring diversity is something we are hyper aware of within the core office team - mainly because everyone who has been hired has been done so based on earning and displaying their merit and no other reason. For our internships and leadership positions, we do try and maintain a mix of genders, universities, cultural backgrounds, etc. Currently majority of our senior leaders are female, but that's purely based on them being the right fit for the role and earning their position, as has been the case with male dominated leadership in the past.
