Haven't personally come across any initiatives around this yet.

Some effort to reduce paper use through policies. Also initiatives to reduce power use at the exchanges by doing timely decommissioning of old equipment.

One thing I haven't seen Optus actively promote is reducing its carbon footprint. I personally have made an effort to bring this initiative to the forefront of what Optus should do, yet to get any action happening, but have received enthusiastic responses.

Again, CSR team is focused on this. The water tank is really great and most meetings have notes sent electronically so less paper is used.
