Management at Nous Group

We have a system of self-management so we don't really have a management structure. We have very impressive office leaders in Canberra, who are the closest to a manager position we have.

We each have one main mentor/manager here at Nous. They provide us with performance feedback (collated from the rest of the organisation), answer our questions, assist us to navigate potentially tricky situations, help us pursue our development goals, etc.

Everyone is always open for feedback, at any level.

Senior people at Nous (e.g. Directors and Principals) are very accessible. Because the project teams are considerably smaller (e.g. 3-8 people, rather than 30+ people) you are interacting and learning from Senior Nousers every day. No one at Nous has a direct Manager, we work in a matrix structure.

I have an extremely good relationship with the managers that I have worked with at work. I find this very rewarding
