Frequent L&D training days and thorough graduation induction which included learning and development

Very thorough induction process for graduates. However this is not the case for other employees. I was very satisfied with the on-boarding we were exposed. Gave us great exposure to the company as a whole.

We had one month of onboarding which involved excel training, case studies, leadership and resilience training, empowering women in the workplace, PDCA training and we also have an online learning platform called ownerversity which gives you training on anything you require or want.

Online training is fantastic. Lots of modules which you can elect to do yourself, but there are also in-person training programs e.g. Excel training where you learn more tools which can help in your work.
