Training & Personal Development at Kane Constructions

I started in the estimating cadet program, having no experience estimating whatsoever. However I graduated from the program after 6 months, with a better understanding of how to read drawings, learnt how to measure multiple projects, built confidence speaking to subcontractors and answering their queries and overall built up confidence in myself

Kane does provide a wide range of programmes that can be undertaken to further your knowledge. This includes but is not limited to: - WHS Cert IV - Jobpac - Microsoft Project - Excel etc As a result of these training, I have acquired a more in-depth and sound knowledge of how to utilise and implement these programs.
