Our Graduate Program has unique opportunity for graduates to join each of our 6 Portfolios across Australia. As the graduate you will be hired into your chosen Portfolio and will get opportunities to consult and support client engagements, under guidance, developing tactics to enable business wide engagement in a technology innovation agenda. Our 6 Portfolios include;

Products – Sydney
The graduate in the products team will work closely with the product managers on supporting the lifecycle management or enhancements of a product on a global and/or regional basis. The graduate will also communicate and liaise with different areas of the company, from marketing to support definition of the global or regional go to market strategy. The graduate will also be able to understand new technology analysis and evaluate the viability of new products, defining product requirements, product description and collateral, lifecycle management and sales and marketing support.

Emerging Technologies - Melbourne
Graduates within this stream will be able to work on Automation, AI, Innovation, Big Data, Internet of Things, Block chain and other technologies. Graduates will get an opportunity to work with internally and with customers to deliver these technologies seamlessly.

Security - Canberra
Graduates will work within the Cyber Security and Privacy services, you will be a key support for cyber services delivered to customers. The Graduate role will support and work in areas relating to IT Infrastructure security services to our clients, including projects and work assignments as they relate to Hybrid IT including Cloud and Digital Workplace needs.

Data & Applications - Melbourne
Graduates within Data & Applications will work on creating market leading offerings across applications and data analytics. They will be able to work on software technologies from world leading technology companies such as Microsoft, AWS, SAP, Salesforce and Service now etc. The graduate will be given training on chosen technologies and be working closely with Portfolio Managers on go to market offerings. In addition, this role will see you assisting Portfolio managers in various marketing related activities of the offerings.

Cloud and Hybrid IT - Sydney
The graduate within cloud and hybrid IT will work with the Head of the Portfolio on optimisation and orchestration of cloud and traditional IT environments from conception through to delivery

Data Centre - Sydney
The graduate within Data Centre will support the Head of The Portfolio on data centre offerings that provide customers with greater effectiveness, security and high levels of efficiency. The graduate will also have the opportunity to review processes and implement important initiatives within data centre business.

As part of the 18 month program starting February 2020, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:

  • An understanding of how Fujitsu operates;
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written);
  • Consulting skills – understanding client digital needs;
  • Digital analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills;
  • Digital best practise and understanding of leading digital technologies; and
  • Strong interest in Innovation, Customer Centric Design and Business Analysis.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a graduate who;

  • Have (in the last 2 years) or is about to complete a Bachelor's of Master's degree with Majors that may include Business and Management, UX Design, Information Technology and Systems;
  • Achievement oriented with strong desire to succeed in their chosen career;
  • Interest in innovation and digital practices (Analytics, IoT, Ai, Machine Learning Service and Design Thinking);
  • Desire to grow and contribute to the portfolio of Fujitsu solutions, capabilities and skills to effect positive change on our perceived value by customer;
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally'
  • Self-directed and proactive in self-motivated learning;
  • Enthusiasm and positive mindset with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines and;
  • Committed to working as part of a team.

These positions will be located in Macquarie Park, Sydney, Melbourne CBD and Barton (ACT). Candidates must have permanent residency or citizenship to apply. Candidates for ACT will need a citizenship at the time of application.

Cons

    • Corporate processes, bureaucracy.

    • Can get too busy in the small details to focus on the bigger items.

    • Sometime projects can be demanding It's a big company and it can be tricky to navigate through all of the different teams.

    • Lack of structured internal team support - you definitely need a few things going your way to succeed Too technical - would love to see an innovative/out of the box style way of integrating staff who don't have an IT background.

    • It takes time to understand the business and I need to be patient to explore the unknown until I solve the puzzle.
