The Opportunity

Working with a fun, close-knit and collaborative team, the Talent Acquisition Officer will play a pivotal role in driving Findex's early talent initiatives and attracting high-potential student talent.

Working across a national remit you'll be responsible for all parts of the student/campus recruiting lifecycle, including running on-campus events, driving candidate pipelines and branding Findex as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and implementing a variety of sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent for Summer Intern, Graduate and Trainee Programs
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process to attract, assess and identify emerging talent and future leaders
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer
  • Creating and managing the Group's graduate employment brand in the school and university market
  • Partnering and building strong internal stakeholder relationships across our corporate and service line leadership teams
  • Building relationships with a variety of external stakeholders including, leading Australian universities, student societies, vendors, and graduate associations.
  • Support seasonal requirements around both our inbound and outbound secondment programs.

What we are looking for?

  • 6-12 months recruitment experience in an in-house or agency environment (preferred). However, if you are a recent graduate and looking to build a career in HR we would love to hear from you.
  • A background in high volume recruitment (advantageous).
  • Understanding of the campus recruitment life cycle and calendar (desirable).
  • Experience working with or being part of student societies.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience.
