Salary at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group

Absolutely no complaints, I believe my pay is justified for my level and work.

Base rate is on par with the norm for an entry-level media job, bumped up by the loading for shift work.

Deluxe has a simple yearly pay rise of 2% to account for inflation. Other pay rises are mainly about rising through the ranks and taking on more responsibility. This is encouraging if you wish to keep progressing but if you enjoy the one job then it might not be ideal

The kitchen is always stocked with bread, fruit, biscuits, and coffee and tea for all staff. They hold a lot of free social and development events for staff, such as monthly drinks, pre-screenings, and lunch and learn. There are also frequent draws for free movie tickets.

Movie tickets, end of month drinks, premieres, competitions.

Free tickets for films, premiers and normal screenings, are quite common. There are also regular social events at the end of the month for a few drinks outside of work.

Free bread and fresh fruit, coffee and tea.

Cake day. Once a month, we get free cake!
