I believe my pay has been a fair reflection of my role and responsibility. I've been given a lot to do in my 8 months.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.

Best perk would be the company car once you reach level 5. That is pretty awesome.
