Very flexible! My working hours fit very well in around my hobbies and my home life. My role is that of a regional people and culture manager so i do spend very minimal time in the office and more time visiting the team out in stores.

They are flexible, however when you have just one person looking after an entire area of expertise you feel you have to work long hours to get anything done

Coles is very flexible with my hours. I get to choose what times I come in and leave - as long as I do my 8 hours. sometimes days require longer hours as there is work that needs to be done and then some days we finish early for some team bonding. Many team members also work from home on certain days of the week.
