carsales has a good management system that allows you to interact with management at all levels. Employees are often informed of changes in the business through various internal communication methods.

My team lead is absolutely marvellous at her role, she is so approachable and so supportive, she encourages us all to follow our own career paths and ensure our work is helping to fulfil that role. The Executive level are very approachable and friendly, in no way intimidating and go to the effort of knowing who we are. There are times when management decisions are not as well communicated to the lower levels as they could have been, or employee input is not sought when it should have been. It can also be hard at times to identify a clear vision that everyone is working towards.
