Very robust training program. The emphasis on training is a key focus for the ANAO

Very frequent formal training for graduates. However the training courses lack application at times and can be very theory-heavy. I have picked up both technical and personal skills in training.

Regular training and development opportunities will satisfy any professional development needs of a graduate at the organisation, including universal training on workplace ethics, interaction with colleagues and so on - at first, these sound dry, but their value is enormous.

We've had extensive compulsory training as graduates and there is even more available if we seek it.
